We have some schedule changes to share.

• Jenn will teach the Thursday evening class beginning April 16
• Michele will share the Monday evening class with Heidi
• We will initiate a free Ashtanga “Beginner’s Class” once a month on a Wednesday evening….details to follow
• The Wednesday evening Yin class is cancelled
