Easter Sunday
In lieu of the usual primary led class the studio will be open from 9-10:45 for self-practice.

Wednesday Yin
Will not be held Wednesday April 8th.

Special Event
Please save Sunday April 19th for a special happening the the studio. You will be able to combine yoga, refreshments, and an after practice yoga shopping opportunity. More info to follow.

A big thanks to Adarsh for introducing us to “Active Isolated Stretching: The Mattes Method.”  We’ve had two well-attended workshops thus far and look forward to future opportunities.
