<p><em>Open to students of all levels.  New &amp; beginning students are always welcome.  </em><br />
Mysore-style practice is the traditional teaching method of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, South India.  Students are taught the sequence of postures of Ashtanga yoga in an individualized format.  The instructor will lead the students in the opening invocation at the start of class; each student will move at his or her own pace with the guidance of an instructor.  From time to time, the instructor may guide the class through various segments of the series, or may lead the group in a silent practice, depending on the students.</p>
